 Laiwu Jingrui Mold Co., Ltd is an all-in-one scientific, industrial, and trade enterprise with the combination of scientific research, development, production, and sales. It is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise, one of the 100 key mold manufacturers in China, and a member unit of China Mold Industry Association. At present, the company has 200 employees, among which there're 40 medium and high-level technical staff members.
Our company possesses advanced production equipment, testing facilities, a platform for research and development work, and a perfect quality guaranteeing system. It has introduced 3 advanced processing centers from both home and abroad, and precise facilities for mold processing like NC miller, NC vehicle, NC line cutting device, pulse electric spark, and ultrasonic glazing machine. The ¡°Mold CAD/CAM system¡± is adopted in all molds design and production, greatly improving the design and production capacity. In 2000, the molds design and production as a whole passed the state ISO9001 quality management system certification.
Our company's leading product ¡°micro-irrigation device mold for agricultural water saving¡± has successively won ¡°State Key New Product¡± and ¡°Domestically-produced High-quality Mold¡± awards, and gained several state patents. Our company has independently designed and produced various types of molds for micro nozzles and drip-irrigation drippers; the performance of these molds has reached the international level after testing and application.
Our company will continuously stick to mold production specialization in the future, and focus on the research, development, and precise and deep processing of precise dripper molds. We will spare no efforts to make our precise dripper molds a success, expand market shares in China, and come up to the advanced technical level in China. We will enter the international market step by step, becoming a starting point of export and foreign exchange earning. Based on dripper molds, we will extend to the development of drip-irrigation pipes production lines, and develop a whole set of drip-irrigation equipment with independent intellectual property right to replace some imported facilities.
